Tom Zimmerman joined Kane Pugh Knoell Troy & Kramer in October 2015. He primarily focuses his practice in the areas of civil rights litigation, professional malpractice liability and general liability defense.

Tom is a 2013 graduate of Villanova University School of Law. He also received a B.A. in Philosophy from Villanova University in 2008. Immediately after graduating from law school, Tom worked for the Honorable Maria McLaughlin of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.

Prior to joining the firm, Tom also served as Assistant Chief Counsel to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, Pennsylvania’s civil rights agency. While serving at the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, Tom led investigations and prosecutions of cases involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation.

Tom is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Montgomery Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association.
