Sam practices in defense of clients in professional liability, municipal liability, commercial transportation, and employment practice litigation. Since joining the firm in 2018, Sam has litigated and secured multiple defense verdicts, along with successful dispositive motions in federal and state courts.
In December of 2020, Sam was appointed to the Pennsylvania Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, where he will serve a four-year term. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Montgomery Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute (DRI), where he serves on the Young Lawyers Steering Committee. Sam also serves on the Board of Directors of Community Music School, in Trappe, Pennsylvania.
Sam graduated from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law (2018). While at Villanova Law, he served as Executive Editor of the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal and as Judicial Intern for the Honorable Mark A. Kearney, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Sam and his wife reside in Montgomery County with their two boys.
