Ross O’Neill focuses his practice in the areas of general liability defense, premises liability defense, and employment litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Ross worked at two well-known Atlantic City, New Jersey, law firms handling a wide variety of cases involving civil litigation defense, employment litigation, construction litigation, and real property disputes, within New Jersey and Pennsylvania state and federal courts.

Ross graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University with a B.S. in Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. Ross then received his Juris Doctor from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.

Ross is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to appear in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
