Paul is an Attorney with the firm of Kane, Pugh, Knoell, Troy & Kramer. He is a United States Army veteran and served abroad as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst in Korea, Germany, and Afghanistan.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Carrion served as an Assistant Solicitor for various school districts in Delaware County, advised small businesses on compliance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Paul has represented both employers and employees in employment law matters, as well as companies and individuals in various matters such as motor vehicle collisions, personal injury, medical malpractice, tax law, real estate tax appeals, and premises liability. He was named a Top Lawyer in the field of Employment Law by the Delaware County Daily Times’ Reader Choice Award.
Mr. Carrion graduated from Drexel University and Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Young Lawyers Division, where he manages and directs the business and activities of more than 2,900 members. He is also Co-Chair of the Military Affairs Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
When Mr. Carrion is not vigorously representing his clients’ interests, you can find him in a museum, on a hiking trail, or at home with his beloved wife and cats.
