Luciano P. DiElsi is an Associate Attorney in the Blue Bell office of Kane, Pugh, Knoell, Troy, & Kramer, LLP. His practice is focused primarily on defense litigation in medical malpractice defense and general liability cases.
Luciano was born and raised in Skippack, Pennsylvania, where he currently serves as Vice-Chair of Skippack Township Planning Commission. Luciano attended Widener University earning his B.A. in Political Science. As an undergraduate, Luciano was a NCAA Division III football player, where he played defensive tackle, as well as a common ground leader, and student lobbyist for the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency.
After college, Luciano studied law at the Delaware Law School of Widener University, where he earned his J.D. in 2022. During his law school tenure, Luciano interned at the Delaware Environmental & Natural Resources Law Clinic and upon graduation was awarded the 2022 Charles J. Zencey Environmental Law Award. In addition, during his 2L and 3L years Luciano interned in Delaware at a plaintiff’s civil litigation firm representing injured clients and worker’s compensation claims. Luciano is licensed to practice in the State of Pennsylvania and is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Montgomery County Bar Association.
