Laura Ospina is an Associate Attorney at Kane, Pugh, Knoell, Troy & Kramer LLP. Her practice focuses primarily on professional and general liability defense.  Laura is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations.

Before her career in law, Laura obtained her bachelor’s degree from Florida International University.  She then obtained her law degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.  During her time at law school, she was a member of the intellectual property law society, sports law society, and first-generation lawyer society, as well as an executive board member for the labor and employment law society.  She also served as the executive editor of the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal and was published during her time there.  Laura was then selected as a winner of the Sports Lawyers Association’s national writing competition.  During her last year of law school, Laura served as a student attorney for the Intellectual Property Clinic.

When not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, baking, competing in triathlons, and cheering on her Boston sports teams.
