Kristi Ann joined Kane, Pugh, Knoell, Troy & Kramer LLP upon graduation from Villanova Law school.  Prior to joining Kane Pugh as an Associate Attorney, Kristi Ann previously served as a law clerk with the firm.  Her practice focus areas are professional malpractice and general liability defense.

Prior to joining the firm, Kristi Ann earned her B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice from King’s College, participating in a 3+3 Law Studies Program that culminated with her earing her J.D. from Villanova Law.  As an undergraduate, Kristi Ann was awarded the John P. Moses Award for Public Law.

At Villanova, she was an Advanced Student-Attorney in the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee & Emigrant Services (CARES), providing pro bono legal assistance to low-income individuals facing immigration issues.  She also was a Research Assistant to the Dean of VLS, President of a litigation and administrative law-based student organization, and recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship Award.

Kristi Ann focused her studies on oral advocacy, litigation, and civil defense. Her educational background enhances her commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients. She further refined her legal expertise as a summer law extern for the Honorable Judge Quraishi in the Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey – Trenton before joining the firm.

Kristi Ann is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is an active member of the Montgomery County Bar Association.  A native of Wilkes-Barre, she now resides in Spring City, PA.  Outside of work, Kristi Ann enjoys spending time with family and cheering on the Phillies.
