John T. Idell has a breadth of litigation defense experience. He has successfully defended his clients in personal injury claims arising out of premises liability and motor vehicle accidents.  In addition, he has successfully defended numerous physicians in various specialties, as well as a number of hospitals and health systems in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties, in both state and federal court.  Mr. Idell has represented employers in Workers Compensation matters through appeals to the Workers Compensation Appeals Board.  Mr. Idell is dedicated to the defense of his clients to achieve positive outcomes on their behalf.
