David McColloch has been actively involved in major civil litigation his entire career. Since joining the firm in 2018, he has concentrated primarily on the defense of doctors in medical malpractice suits, as well as representing individuals and municipalities in general liability matters.  Over the course of his career, he has handled every aspect of litigation in state and federal court, from investigation and initial pleadings, to discovery, depositions, expert review, and through to resolution.   

Prior to joining the firm, David McColloch worked for the Pennsylvania Insurance Department as an Attorney-Examiner. In this role, he represented the MCARE Fund in negotiating the resolution of wrongful death and other catastrophic personal injury litigation against health care providers across Pennsylvania, participating frequently in mediation and arbitration negotiations.  He has additional background in class actions, consumer litigation, and environmental law.  

A Pennsylvania native, David McColloch is a graduate of Bard College and the University of Wisconsin Law School. David resides in the Valley Forge area.  He is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations.
